S.S. Admiral

[1880-1900]. - Photograph of the steamship S.S. Admiral, with its chimney and paddle wheels. We can see barrels about to be boarded and a small lifeboat hung up on the side of the Admiral.

This ship stopped in the Gaspé port two times a week and could board as many as five hundred passengers.

This photograph comes from the album of a couple of British tourists and hunters.
