Photograph showing Billy and George Eden, probably near the river St-Jean in Gaspé.
In the back, we can see the canoes they used to go up the river with their supplies. At that time, they were accompanying a couple of British tourists on a hunting trip.
The Eden family of Gaspé is also known for their enterprise of canoe fabrication, called "Gaspé boats".
This photograph comes from the album of a group of British tourists and hunters.
